Who we are

What information we collect

When you complete our enquiry form, call us or email us, we collect only what we need to respond: your name, phone number, email address, postcode or address, the service you're interested in and any details you choose to tell us about the job.

We do not ask for payment card details through this website, and we do not collect special category data.

How we use it

To contact you about your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare and send your quote, and, if you go ahead, to plan and carry out the work and deal with anything arising under your workmanship guarantee.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your agreement.

Our lawful basis

We rely on legitimate interests to respond to an enquiry you have made, and on performance of a contract once you have accepted a quote. Where we need your consent for anything else, we will ask for it and you can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

Only where necessary to deliver the work or run the business, for example a supplier delivering materials to your address, or our accountant and insurers. Each is expected to keep your information confidential and to use it only for that purpose.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't proceed are kept only as long as needed to follow up. Records for completed work are kept for as long as the workmanship guarantee runs and for the periods required for tax and insurance purposes, then deleted.

How we protect it

Enquiry details are held on password-protected devices and accounts, accessible only to the people who need them to quote for or carry out your work.

Cookies and this website

This website uses only what is needed to serve pages correctly. Pages that show a Google Maps embed may set cookies from Google when the map loads, governed by Google's own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond as quickly as we can. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
